What is meant by continued learning?
It is a course designed for the permanent organization of regular group classes. The aim is to meet the need for constant review of the Biodanza matters and reorganization of the programs of the method implementation.
This guidance does not replace and is not equivalent to methodology modules of training schools in Biodanza. It is a complementary course created by Antonio Sarpe, which shares his rich experience of 30 years facilitating Biodanza groups.
The proposal of this training is to guide facilitators in the creation and facilitation of Biodanza regular groups as a process. The notion of process involves considering the succession of time and the follow-up of the group in matters of motor, emotional and existential integration.
It has been observed in many countries in regular groups and in training schools that a facilitator who is not updated in Biodanza tends to get into a gradual process of increasing "entropy", whose most common features are:
The loss of classes' direction (What shall I do? What shall I propose? How can I keep going on? How can I go deeper?);
The professional isolation (Lack of exchange leads to loss of motivation);
The emptying of the groups due to the premature application of the entire repertoire of exercises in a short time and without planning.
The meetings are meant for facilitators of all levels and experience, trainers, certified and in process of certification, thus keeping a structured, secure and professional human continent. There will be no occasional participants; all participants are committed to attend the whole course, valuing the dimension of "process" and "progressivity."
In each module there will be PowerPoint presentations with exercises and proposed songs, mp3 music, organized in different folders. It's allowed the recording of the course by each facilitator for their exclusive use. This material is for the exclusive use of the course participants only, not for public use. It is recommended that each facilitator has his Pen Drive or External HD (for digital information storage) with a minimum capacity of 2 gigabytes for music and 50 gigabytes for videos, if you want to ask a colleague for the video recordings.
There are translations in English, French and other languages.
