The Poetics of Instincts, 4 Animals and 4 Elements

Course program:

1. Poetics of instincts (fight-flight; gregarious; exploratory; fusion; sexual; exhibition and others)
2. Tiger (assertiveness; aggressiveness; sinuousness, majesty)
3. Hippopotamus (bon vivant, sensual, rest, nourishment)
4. Snake (magnetism, fascination, seduction)
5. Heron (elevation, height vision, overcoming)
6. Fire (passion, action, drama, love)
7. Water (surrender, dissolution, detachment, purification)
8. Earth (base, germination, abundance)
9. Air (lightness, expansion, infinity, transcendent)

During the course you will receive elements for the instructions, observation criteria and orientation of the dances according to the categories of movement, poetic elements and existential projection of each exercise.

There will be translation into other languages

For whom

The course is intended for teaching facilitators, both qualified and in the process of obtaining qualifications (they must be authorized by the director of the school to which they are linked).

Teaching resources
In each module, digital teaching material in PDF format will be offered through the drive, with the proposed exercises and songs, examples of classes and songs in “mp3” format.

Upon completing this course, you will receive a certificate from the SRT Biodanza School of Lisbon and the Antonio Sarpe Academy, further strengthening your professional resume as a facilitator.
