# Antonio Sarpe Program for the Creation and Maintenance of Regular Groups Five days of theory, experiential practice, and methodological guidance for facilitators who wish to develop the art of facilitation in order to create and maintain regular Biodanza groups as an ongoing process of development over time. ## About the Course There is a natural need for facilitators to plan their sessions according to theoretical and methodological criteria that are consistent with the Rolando Toro System and the Biodanza method. Every facilitator has their own program, even if it is not intentionally developed. For this reason, this program was created. It has already helped thousands of facilitators in different countries across all continents. A book about the program has already been translated into five languages. During the course, you will deepen your understanding of: ### The 3 Unconscious Dimensions Vital, Personal, and Collective. ### The 5 Lines of Vivencia Vitality, Sexuality, Creativity, Affectivity, and Transcendence. ### Planning Sessions for Regular Groups How to structure a session program that supports the continuity and consistency of the group. ### Practice and Vivencia Application of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the Rolando Toro System. ### Exercises, Music, and Instructions You will receive motor, affective, and existential guidelines for proposing the dances. ## About the Participants This course is intended for all Biodanza facilitators who wish to deepen their knowledge and experiential practice in order to expand their identity as facilitators. Facilitators in supervision must provide authorization from the director of their school. ### For facilitators who: * wish to start a new group; * already facilitate regular groups and are looking for greater methodological consistency; * wish to broaden their perspective in order to plan the continuity of their sessions; * want to expand their repertoire of exercises, music, and instructions; * wish to deepen their application of the foundations of the Rolando Toro System. ## Included Materials Participation in the course includes a complete set of materials to support learning and practice: * 110 hours of theoretical and practical videos on the Antonio Sarpe course platform, with one year of free access. * PDF document with the proposed exercises, music, examples of sessions, and guidelines for instructions. * Music in MP3 format. ## Certification At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate from the Biodanza SRT School of Lisbon and the Antonio Sarpe Academy. ## Translation Translation will be available in: * Spanish * English * French * Italian ## The Venue The course will take place at the headquarters of the Biodanza SRT School of Lisbon, in a space close to the sea, with a swimming pool and a very pleasant environment.
